Creature Ark's animal experiences allow the birthday child and their guests to meet a host of interesting and unusual creatures on a magical journey of discovery. In a calm setting, they are designed to be learning experiences where children (and adults) find out more about out wonderful animals.
Stroke a Snake, say hello to our cheeky Ferret and for some special volunteers, have the opportunity to hold a Tarantula.

We also provide our own unique animal encounters for a variety of different groups. Interaction with our animals brings a whole host of therapeutic benefits. Our interactive animal experiences are perfect for Care Homes, S.E.N Schools and individuals with additional needs. Brownie, scouts and cubs group also can reap the benefits of a learning experience with our wonderful creatures
" For a number of years Mags has been our 'go to' provider for educational animal handling sessions. She's brought a variety of creatures to the museum for our visitors to experience, from cute and cuddly to creepy crawlies, and her enthusiasm and passion for them all is infectious. Her calm delivery means children and adults are fully engaged throughout the session and she ensures everyone is involved. She's also very adaptable and always happy to work with us to deliver something to suit our needs. I also booked Mags to bring her menagerie to our home for my son's birthday party which was an experience both him and his friends I'm sure will never forget! "

"It was a great morning, and everyone enjoyed it and got so much out of it. For example, one lady who came last time wouldn’t take part, this time around, she sat for the entire session and touched every animal and thoroughly enjoyed herself. "
It was great, the speed of the animals was just right for the group, as they got time to sit and watch other people and then they had plenty time to have a hold or a stroke themselves. It was very individualised and gave the individuals the appropriate time to respond to the animals.
It was a fab morning, and everyone really enjoyed it- support workers included, so thank-you!

Unbelievable! Mags at creature ark was fantastic - communication from booking to event was exceptional and the kids absolutely loved the animals. She has a natural and beautiful way of encouraging children to engage and there was lots of learning to be had! Even the grown ups loved it! The animals are so well cared for and loved.
